Unit Manager LPN/RN

As an Unit Manager of Nursing in Sanford Health and Rehabilitation, you must be able to perform the following essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to :

Perform Standards

Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the day to day nursing functions.

Participates in developing, maintaining, and updating Policies and Procedures pertaining to the nursing department.

Ensures PDRs, federal and state regulations and SHR policies are current and maintained at the nurses station.
