RN/LPN Unit Manager

Responsibilities:

The position is responsible for the supervision of the nursing activities on the skilled unit, working closely with the Administrator and Director of Nursing

The Unit Manager will perform duties directly related to the Facility's management and clinical policies to ensure quality care for the residents of the facility

The Unit Manager must demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment related to the general operations of the unit

Auditing Charts

Assisting new residents transition to post-acute care setting and ensuring completion of admission paperwork

Staff supervision, in-servicing, training, and discipline

Be able to interact positively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

Luxe Rehabilitation & Care Center currently seeks a Unit Manager to join our team. The position is responsible for the supervision of the nursing activities on the skilled unit, working closely with the Administrator and Director of Nursing. The Unit Manager will perform duties directly related to the Facility's management and clinical policies to ensure quality care for the residents of the facility The Unit Manager must demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment related to the general operations of the unit.

Qualified candidates must have a valid Ohio Nursing License. Required experience:

• Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing/LTC care facility: 1 years

• Active Nursing license in the State of Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
