Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Fort Stewart, GA
Physical Location: General Stewart Way Memorial Drive Hinesville, GA 31313
Client Needs: Some students have ASD, intellectual disabilities, behavioral disabilities, other disabilities, or may not yet be identified with any disability.
Start Date: As soon as base clearances are obtained
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 hourly
Brief Overview: BCBA will need to provide services including, observations, direct and indirect support, coordination of care, parent/staff training, meetings (i.e. IEPs, BSP creation), Creation of program materials, etc. assessments, treatment planning, data collection, etc.
Schedule: Billable & Unbillable hours up to 35/week. Flexible within typical school hours, based on student needs.
Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 3:30PM
Position Description & Qualifications:
Writes reports based on initial observations including behavior support recommendations.
Collaborates with school teams and families in the development of behavior support strategies.
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments, as requested by District.
Writes reports and develops Behavior Intervention Plans.
Develops data collection forms.
Trains staff in implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and recommended strategies and monitors implementation.
Conducts staff training on topics in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Monitors and provides support for staff in the use of ABA strategies and procedures.
Participates in Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings at schools and initial student interviews/assessments as requested by the District.
Regularly assess and monitor student progress. Provides ongoing support one-on-one or in a small group setting in one or more schools.
Reviews skill acquisition and behavior data on a regular basis.
Modifies Behavior Intervention Plans and skill programs as needed.
Coordinates/Collaborates with the Special Education Coordinator and central office personnel regularly.
Assists with development of materials for behavior support and skill training.
Supports school teams at Individualized Education Plans (IEP) meetings as needed to review progress, data, and develop IEP goals.
Demonstrates effective communication skills in working with a variety of team members.
Supervises RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) when applicable.
Complies with all rules and regulations set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.
Writes assessment reports based on initial assessment including behavior support recommendations.
Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments.
Writes reports and develops Behavior Intervention Plans.
Develops data collection forms.
Maintain quality standards in regard to HIPPA compliance.
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, of all ages.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in the US.
Ability to relocate or travel to office location (in person required).
Active Board certification – passed the BACB exam for behavior analysts.

Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field.
Current 8-hour supervision certificate – certified to provide supervision to RBT’s and has supervisory experience. Experience utilizing behavioral skills training.
