Registered Nurse (RN) - $5000 Sign-On Bonus

Premier Healthcare at Harrington House is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Walpole, MA. As an RN at Premier Healthcare at Harrington House, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and support residents in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to facility policies and safe practices

• Supervise CNA staff on assigned units

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor and report changes in the resident condition

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license

• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to handle situations with professionalism and tact

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Salary: $40 - $50 HOURLY
