Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants
• Implement and maintain established facility policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and experiences
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in MA
• Valid CPR certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
