Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure high-quality resident care and efficient operations.
Lead, mentor, and support interdisciplinary teams while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the local community.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
Manage staffing, budgeting, and administrative functions to support operational excellence.
Maintain effective office management practices with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Promote continuous quality improvement and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License required.
Experience in long-term care and/or healthcare administration.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A genuine passion for improving the quality of life for seniors.
