Duties and responsibilities for Behavioral Technician (BT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.

• Collect and record data on patient behavior.

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.

Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Pay range: $22 - $28 per hour

• Flexible Hours between 8 am to 8 pm

• 15-40 hours per week

Skills and Qualifications for Behavior Technician (BT):

• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

• Ability to manage behaviors effectively

• Experienced in working with kids
