Duties and responsibilities for Behavioral Technician (BT):
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism.
Collect and record data on patient behavior.
Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively.
Compensation and Schedule for Behavior Technician (BT):
Pay range: $22 - $28 per hour
Flexible Hours between 8 am to 8 pm
15-40 hours per week
Skills and Qualifications for Behavior Technician (BT):
Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Ability to manage behaviors effectively
Experienced in working with kids
