Complete Care at Marcella, a 5-star overall rated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Burlington, NJ, is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 150-bed center.

What You’ll Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility's daily operations

• Partner closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team

• Drive quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational performance

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners

• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and facility leadership

• Monitor key financial and operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

• Promote a positive, resident-centered culture and high standards of care

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Prior nursing home/skilled nursing leadership experience strongly preferred

• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team

• Strong understanding of skilled nursing facility operations and regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• A results-driven leader who is committed to quality, accountability, and resident-centered care
