Compensation:$100,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission
Responsibilities:
- Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals
- Conduct home showings and listing presentations
- Develop pricing and marketing strategies
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Guide clients from consultation through closing
- Build lasting relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
Qualifications:
