Produce Packing Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and organizing products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards
• Inspect products for quality and report any damaged items
• Sort and organize items in the warehouse to maintain an orderly environment
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations
  
• Support other warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous produce warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse setting
• Exposure to varying temperatures (especially when handling fresh produce)
• Must wear appropriate safety gear as required
