Residential Program Coordinator

Coordinate, manage and monitor all facets of the home including the scheduling of staff. From scheduling home maintenance to providing leadership and direction to all employees. This is a 40-hour week and has a flexible schedule for any hours of the day. The Residential Program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This position requires you to be on call. This is a benefited position. Requires 5 years’ direct care experience and 2-year supervisory experience. This is a full time position and has a full benefit package. Standard driver’s license with an excellent driving record required, must pass a drug screening, background check, and ability to pass a DOT Physical.
