College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is growing fast, and we’re looking for experienced, high-energy leaders to join our team as Professional Team Leads / Captains. If you have moving experience, leadership ability, and know how to run a crew the right way, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role with one of the fastest-growing brands in the industry. Pay & Earning Potential

• $16–$22/hour base pay
• Daily tips, bonuses, commissions, and advancement opportunities
• Overtime pay after 40hrs
• Top Captains earn well above base pay through performance, leadership, customer satisfaction, and bonus opportunities PLUS additional bonus pay for interstate moves.

What You’ll Do

• Work with a team of 2–6 movers on residential and commercial moving / junk removal jobs
• Run efficient, organized, and professional job sites
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience from arrival to completion
• Conduct walk-throughs, set expectations, and communicate clearly with clients
• Loading, unloading, wrapping, protection, and truck packing
• Ensure jobs stay on pace, on scope, and on standard
• Handle payments, paperwork, and job closeout
• Communicate with management throughout the day
• Upsell services (junk removal, labor, valuation, etc.)
• Set the tone for hustle, professionalism, and accountability on every job
• Who We’re Looking For

• Labor experience is required for this role. You must understand the labor process and be able to work with a team efficiently, professionally, and safely.
• Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous labor experience required
• Must be able to lift and carry 100+ lbs regularly (team lift for heavier items)
• Must be comfortable working 8+ hour shifts as needed
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred (required for Captain-qualified drivers)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
