Case Manager

WE ARE HIRING! PART-TIME CASE MANAGER

This is a part-time position starting at 30 hours/week, and will transition to full-time close to a year.

Some duties include, but not limited to:

• Case manage young adults transitioning out of foster care on a housing voucher.

• Locate different housing options.

• Assist with voucher process.

• Managing client short and long- term goals.
