Inventory Control Clerk

About the job
The Operations Inventory Control Coordinator I supports inventory accuracy and material
availability across operations to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

We're looking for someone who
● Has a high school diploma
● Has 0–2 years of related work experience
● Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
● Has experience working with inventory systems; Oracle experience is a plus
● Communicates effectively and collaborates well with cross-functional teams
● Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
● Can perform basic calculations and accurate data entry
● Is comfortable working in a quality system and regulated environment
● Has strong verbal and written communication skills

● Can lift up to 20 lbs as needed to perform inventory counts

What you'll do
● Support inventory accuracy across operations and warehouse functions
● Order, receive, stock, and stage inventory to support production needs
● Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate necessary adjustments
● Maintain inventory of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
● Replenish raw materials within the clean room materials area
● Stock and maintain work-in-process (WIP) inventory in the clean room
● Set up and maintain Kanban inventory levels to support production
● Support inventory requests from internal teams
● Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle to review documents, complete training, and
monitor inventory
● Maintain an organized workspace while meeting deadlines and collaborating with
cross-functional teams

Physical requirements
● Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
● Must be able to perform inventory counts and material handling duties
● Must be comfortable working in a warehouse and clean room environment
● Must be able to stand and move throughout the workday
