Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: A 95yr old woman that has no vision in one eye and limited in the other; uses a walker, and is now has a limited selection of foods she will eat. She prefers a hot meal mid day. No incontinence. My husband & I still work & need support a couple days a week. About the care needs: A companion to engage her mentally & to make her a warm meal mid day & light housekeeping in her room & bathroom Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship. Looking for a couple days a week that we can agree on unless we have a trip or a change in our schedules.
