Senior Caregiver

About who needs care: I have bipolar disorder and high-functioning autism spectrum disorder, and just need help with grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and meal prepping. I am able to do these things, but I work full-time and am in grad school and am drowning. I expect this to be consistent for several years. About the care needs: I'm just looking for someone who would be kind, caring, and non-judgmental. Someone who has worked with medium and high-functioning individuals Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
