Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I’m looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced babysitter to help with my two children, ages 3 and 1. I’m a real estate agent, so my schedule is flexible and can vary from week to week. Some weeks I may need help in the mornings, while other times I may need afternoon coverage. I also typically need a sitter about once a week in the evening for a date night. I’m hoping to find someone who is comfortable caring for two young children, is engaging and hands on with them, and can become a consistent and trusted person for our family. Flexibility is important since the days and times may change depending on my work schedule.
