We are seeking an Executive Chef who has a passion for Farm-to-Table Midwest cuisine at its best. If you have overseen multi-restaurant locations, including banquets and events, catering, and brunch, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Experience running multiple outlets including banquets, catering, and events
• Able to develop and grow the team while retaining talent
• Seasonal menu development based on farm and vendor connections and what is in season
• Resort or Convention experience
• Tight financial management
