You will have access to a full support team, including intake, billing, and business development, all working to keep your pipeline active and your workload manageable.

What You’ll Do

• Manage family law cases from start to resolution
• Handle divorce, custody, and contested family law matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Represent clients in court as needed
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients during challenging situations

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Nevada bar license (or ability to practice in Nevada)
• At least 1 year of family law experience
• Strong understanding of custody disputes, divorce, and contested matters
• Ability to manage cases independently with confidence
• Passion for helping clients through complex and emotional situations
