Technical Construction Coordinator

Position Summary

First Liner Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Construction Coordinator to support the

construction administration of a new multi-million-dollar healthcare facility currently under

construction in Susanville, California. Working directly with the Project Manager and Owner's

Representative, this individual will coordinate technical contractor submittals, maintain the

project Submittal Register, track procurement activities, and communicate with architects,

engineers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and consultants to ensure the project remains on

schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

Education or Experience

 Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related

technical discipline; or

 Five or more years of commercial construction experience in project engineering,

construction administration, estimating, or technical project coordination.

Preferred Experience

 Commercial healthcare construction

 Hospitals or medical clinics

 OSHPD/HCAI projects (preferred)

 Reading architectural and engineering drawings

 Reviewing project specifications

 Shop drawing review

 Construction scheduling

 Procurement tracking

 RFI coordination

 Microsoft Excel

 Adobe Acrobat

This position provides exposure to the full construction administration process of a

complex healthcare facility, working directly with architects, engineers, owners,

contractors, and specialty consultants on technically challenging building systems.
