About the job

The Production Planner supports manufacturing operations by maintaining production schedules,

tracking progress, coordinating materials, and ensuring accurate production planning throughout

the project.

We're looking for someone who

● Has experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, or a

related operations role

● Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills

● Has experience tracking production schedules and monitoring workflow

● Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams

● Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

● Pays close attention to detail and maintains accurate records

● Can prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

● Works independently with minimal supervision after training

● Handles confidential business information with professionalism

● Has reliable access to a personal computer for remote work

What you'll do

● Support daily production planning and scheduling activities

● Track production progress and provide daily status updates

● Coordinate material availability and expedite materials as needed

● Update production schedules based on operational priorities

● Maintain accurate production records and planning documentation

● Communicate schedule changes and production updates to internal teams

● Monitor workflow to help ensure production goals are achieved

● Support cross-functional coordination between production, planning, and operations

● Maintain confidentiality of business information and project documentation

● Perform additional planning and administrative tasks as assigned

Physical requirements

● Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

● Must be able to perform repetitive computer and data entry tasks

● Must be able to work onsite during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid work

schedule
