Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Assist customers with order placement, billing, and shipping inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Manage customer accounts and update information as needed
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
