Chat Support Specialist (Remote)

Schafer Manufacturing Co is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients via online chat. This position is fully remote and offers a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
• Document customer interactions and resolutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus
