Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to help provide a positive experience for Amazon customers. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, patient, and comfortable working from home. The daily tasks are straightforward, and training will be provided to help you learn the role and get comfortable with the work.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with general questions about orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
• Respond to customer questions through email and online chat
• Provide customers with clear and helpful information
• Update customer information and keep records accurate
• Review customer requests and follow the correct steps to assist them
• Keep notes about customer questions and completed requests
• Use company resources to find answers to basic customer questions
• Follow company guidelines when handling customer information
• Work with other team members when additional help is needed
• Complete daily assignments accurately and on time
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when helping customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new computer systems
• Able to follow simple instructions and procedures
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently from home
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
