Preferred Work Location : Westlake, TX / Secondary Work Locations - Lonetree, CO and Austin, TX
Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days on site and 5th remote. Candidate can pick their remote day.

Job Description:
We are seeking a contractor to support real estate expansions and Wealth Advisory business initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and conduct analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead real estate expansions, restacks, seat-sharing initiatives, and relocations.
* Coordinate initiatives with Corporate Real Estate and business partners.
* Manage initiatives from design through implementation, creatively solving problems and completing supporting analysis.
* Support broader Wealth Advisory strategic priorities as needed.

Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.
* Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Ability to independently lead initiatives and work through ambiguity.
