• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load, unload, transport, and stack products with accuracy and care
• Pick and prepare orders to meet customer and shipping requirements
• Stage, palletize, and organize products for outbound shipments
• Perform daily equipment safety inspections to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support your team as needed
• Use inventory systems to track and move materials accurately

• Experience operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach trucks)
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environments
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
• Ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Team player with a reliable work ethic
• Willingness to complete and pass a forklift certification test within your first 1–2 days

• Experience in high-volume or data center logistics environments
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends if needed

🕒 Shift Options Include:

• 1st Shift: Early morning – mid-afternoon (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd Shift: Afternoon – evening (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: Overnight (Mon–Fri)
• Weekend Shifts: Friday–Sunday (Day & Night options available)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
