Desired skills and experience:

• Active substitute certificate registered with DESE (required)
• Demonstrated background in schools and student behavior support
• Experience working with children in educational settings
• Flexibility and willingness to adjust to changes in assignment or school location as needed
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites as assigned
• Willingness to obtain district-specific fingerprints (candidates are responsible for the fee)
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students in academic, social, and behavioral areas
