Job Description
Staffing Network is seeking experienced quality control trainers for our high-tech repair client located in Denton, TX. The Trainer is responsible for delivering group and individual training sessions across technical and operational areas while ensuring training programs comply with SOPs, quality standards, and the Company’s Integrated Management System. This position supports training coordination with supervisors and leads, promotes confidentiality and ethical behavior, and contributes to a team-oriented work environment.

Pay rate: $21/hr. – weekly pay
1st shift: 7am – 3:30pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver group and individual training sessions covering a range of technical and operational areas.
- Ensure the training program maintains compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Use strong communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Always exhibit ethical behavior and maintain a team-oriented attitude.
- Understand the importance of and maintain employee and company confidentiality.
- Coordinate training with supervisors and leads.
- Work assigned shift(s), including overtime as required to complete assignments when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Background/Experience:
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, with the ability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Ability to comply with the Company’s Integrated Management System.
- Ability to lift and carry various items up to 50 pounds.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in quality control is a plus.
- A dedicated and hard worker with a healthy, positive attitude toward individual, team, and company Goals.
