The ideal candidate is comfortable working with sensitive information, can learn new systems quickly, and takes pride in maintaining data integrity across a large volume of records.

Responsibilities:

• Upload a high volume of medical PDF documents into the designated patient safety platform with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.

• Review each record and match document details to the appropriate entities in the system, including hospitals, providers, and authorized procedures.

• Verify that enrollment, training, and authorization materials are linked correctly so records remain organized and audit-ready.

• Examine medical documents for key information before entry to ensure data is associated with the proper category and system element.

• Maintain consistent quality standards while processing a large number of files in a regulated and controlled environment.

• Identify unclear or incomplete information promptly and seek clarification to avoid processing errors.

• Collaborate with internal team members across functions to keep the project moving efficiently and accurately.

• Use standard business software and internal tools to support document tracking, data entry, and reporting needs.

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, including high-volume document processing.

• Ability to learn new software applications quickly and use them effectively with limited training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other common computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and a commitment to accurate data handling.
• Ability to communicate clearly, ask questions when instructions are unclear, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
