\nUnit Specifics:
\n· Number of Beds : 12 OR suites including 2 CVOR's
\n· Patient Ratios :1:1
\n· Unit staffing description- AORN Staffing recommendations with support staff such as orderlies, anesthesia techs, unit secretaries.
\n· Type of equipment : varies per service line specialties
\n· Documentation system: Meditech
\n· Scheduling requirements: 24 hours Trauma Service, varying shift times available: 8's, 10's, 12's, alternate weekends, on call assignments
\n· Floating policy: As applicable for skillset pending volume
\n· Patient Experience requirements: Minimum of 2 yrs
\n· Certifications: BLS/ ACLS
\nHiring profile
\nRequested Skill Set: Ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Vascular procedures.
\nMust have :
\nProcedures performed on unit: Total Joint procedures, orthopedic trauma, robotic general including bariatrics, robotic urology, Craniotomy procedures, ENT, plastics
\nCertifications Required: BLS/ ACLS
\n Dress Code : (Required uniform)
\n Uniform provided by facility for in house use only
