Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 guaranteed hours per week, 90-day assignment through December 13, 2026

• Lead and supervise a team of 9 dietary staff members in a healthcare setting

• Oversee all dietary and food services functions including therapeutic and non-therapeutic menu planning

• Manage departmental budget and ensure compliance with sanitation standards

• Travel assignment with housing available for rent at $500.00 per month
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Services OR Certified Dietary Manager credential required
\n
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dietary Manager in a healthcare setting
\n
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the healthcare food service industry
\n
• Demonstrated ability to plan, direct, and supervise dietary operations
\n
• Knowledge of diet and menu planning, food storage, preparation, and sanitation standards
\n
