Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a hands-on care provider for my grandfather who has dementia in his 80s. I am his full time caretaker and I need 20 hours of help a week. 4 hours every morning M-F. Generally he is asleep during this time but he will be woken up to eat breakfast. Job includes feeding him breakfast, helping him walk to the bathroom, and light cleaning of the bathroom after he uses it (wiping down the floors with swifter). I am looking for someone patient, reliable, and punctual.
