Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

I need a companion care provider for my mother who is 69 years old and has Alzheimer's. I am her son and live with her to provide care but am looking for respite. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, prescription pick up, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with a small dog who is great with people.
