Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a companion care provider for my mother who is 85 and has Alzheimers. Medication given with lunch which needs to be heated but its delivered by meals on wheels. My mom can feed herself. She needs help going to bathroom. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction but she does sleep a lot during the day. My brother is her FT caretaker but he needs a break so I'm seeking someone 2-3 days a week to give him relief.
