Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a student to live in my mother-in-law unit in exchange for a set number of nights a month of childcare and sleepover when we have travel schedules that don’t allow us to be there. The unit has its own separate entrance and a mini kitchen as well as access to the regular kitchen grounds and facilities of the property. The child will be 12 years old when the job starts so responsibilities are minimal. Meal prep, schedule adherence, night time companion and school/activities driving optional. She has a full time day nanny and can be alone a few hours after school and activities
