Nanny Needed

Looking for a full time nanny for our 2 daughters (age 27 months and 3. 5 yo). We prefer an experienced nanny to help create a daily routine for the girls that includes structured activities such as sensory play, reading and outdoor activities. Experience with Montessori method preferred (encourage independent play, clean up toys, encourage good manners, etc). Preferred hours are 11am-7 p.m. Monday to Friday but with room for some flexibility. Duties include organizing kids activities, meal prep, kids laundry, pick up/drop off to school if needed, bath/bedtime.
