JOB OVERVIEW
• Job Title: Otolaryngologist (ENT)
• Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time
• Location: Beloit, WI
• Service Setting: Hospital / Outpatient Clinic / Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Schedule: 4-Day Work Week
PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
• Patient Demographics: Adults and Pediatrics
• Admissions & Rounding: As required
• Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Otolaryngology, Surgical ENT, Audiology Collaboration
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
• EMR System: Cerner
• Specialty Backup: Established referral network from primary care providers
• Support Staff: Strong clinical support team and established audiology program
• Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multi-specialty medical group

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
• Board Requirements: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• DEA & Certifications: DEA, BLS, ACLS (as required)
• Credentialing Timeline: Standard credentialing timeline applies

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as required)
• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Additional Requirements: Interest in collaborative, patient-centered care model
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in outpatient and surgical settings
• Perform ENT surgical procedures
• Collaborate with audiology and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain continuity of care through follow-ups and consults
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
