6P-6A 12-HR SHIFTS
Responsibilities for a nursing position include:

Provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patients’ needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal, and local guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current LPN/RN license in Kansas.

• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.

• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.

• Documents any change in patient's condition, including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or any other noticeable changes.

• Work with our facility physician and other PCPs to identify and monitor patients' care needs.

• Document and assist, where applicable, with patients' room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
