About this job

About who needs care: Need someone to take me to and from Hospital in Ft. Worth for Rotator Cuff Surgery. They will need to stay during procedure then pick me up and take me home the next day. I use a dollar or and oxygen. I can arrange transportation with a mobility van but the person must accompany me or meet at hospital. On day of surgery and at check out. Services needed include: mobility assistance.
