Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My elderly mother taking care of my elderly father who requires walker and help with restroom and has oxygen tanks, also some early dementia. My mom needs help transporting him for doctor visits and hers also since she cant leave him alone. Maybe some help with shopping and meal prep. Help would be mostly for her so she can help him. About the care needs: Helping with his walking for exercise. They are mostly home bound and watch a lot of tv. Spend time in backyard too. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
