Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a part-time sitter for our three kids (ages 12, 9, and 6). Hours would be 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and include pick up from school, homework help and driving to after school activities. Days would vary from week to week at the beginning because my schedule varies each week, but I could get a more consistent schedule after Nov 7th. Please be comfortable with pets as we do have 2 cats.
