Nanny Needed For My Children

My ideal caregiver is warm, energetic, patient and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children. I’m looking for someone who is creative and proactive—someone who can come up with activities, arts and crafts, games and independent-play ideas without needing me to plan everything. I’d love someone who can help create structure and calm, encourage kindness and independence, and comfortably navigate normal sibling disagreements. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone reliable who takes initiative, sees what needs to be done and helps make our home and routines easier—not someone I need to constantly direct.
