No specific care. The older kids ideal day would look like: 8 a.m. wake up, potty, brush teeth, get dressed, have breakfast 9-11 a.m. outdoor play/activites 12 p.m. lunch 1-2 p.m. activity/reading 2-3 p.m. quiet time 3-5 p.m. outdoor play/helping with chores/free play The babies ideal day: 7 a.m. wake up, change diaper, eat, stretch, tummy time 8:30 a.m. nap (can range from 20mins to 1 hour currently) Once awake, eat, stretch, tummy time, sensory play. Eat on demand. Each awake time should last 60-90 minutes
