Babysitter Needed for my Children

I’m looking for someone who can help with an infant during the daytime 8-5 roughly my schedule varies based on ratios at work. My grandmother and fiancé with be home at various times while you would be providing care. I just need someone there mostly when my grandmother is home alone with the baby that can carry and feed and clean up because of the upstairs and her age. We also have 3 dogs that can be put up if needed. Anything else can be arranged and changed after I get in a routine with the baby.
