Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for someone who can come to our home and watch our 3-month-old daughter. My husband does work from home, but can not attend to her due to him having to be in meetings and always on the phone. He is also looking to get a different job outside of our home and we will need someone to watch her at our home where she is most comfortable. We were looking into day cares but I am worried about her getting sick while being at the locations, since she is still very little. My husband gets off of work at 4 with the very latest being 4:30.
