RN - Operating Room (OR)

RN – Operating Room (OR) (Contract)
Location: California 93230
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (05/26/2026 – 08/24/2026)
Pay: $2,360 – $2,644/week

Schedule:

• Day Shift (10-hour shifts)

• Friday call required (alternating 1st and 2nd call)

• One weekend call every 5–6 weeks

• Provide intraoperative nursing care using the nursing process

• Circulate and support surgical procedures (including Da Vinci robotics)

• Coordinate care, delegate tasks, and supervise staff

• Collaborate with surgical team; ensure patient safety and sterile environment

• Support patient education and continuity of care

Education & Experience:

• BSN: Preferred

• Acute care OR experience: Preferred

• Da Vinci robotic surgery experience: Required

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (state of practice): Required

• BLS/CPR (AHA or ARC): Required

• ACLS (AHA or ARC): Required

• PALS (AHA or ARC): Required

• Strong surgical, sterile technique, and teamwork skills required

• Vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
