Parts Manager

Salary: $65,000 + up to $15,000 in monthly bonuses

Schedule: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to oversee a parts and accessories department. The ideal candidate has previous management experience, strong customer service skills, and extensive knowledge of parts and inventory.

Key Requirements:

• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of parts and inventory management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience working with vendors and negotiating pricing
• Ability to manage and support a parts department team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and support parts department employees
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and cycle counts
• Assist customers with parts sales and pricing
• Build relationships with vendors and negotiate pricing
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure parts are available when needed
• Maintain accurate inventory and sales records
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department
• Monitor department performance and inventory costs
