RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) (Contract)
Location: California 93301
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (05/11/2026 – 08/09/2026)
Pay: $2,605 – $2,917/week

Schedule:

• Night Shift (12-hour shifts)

• 36–48 hours per week

• Weekend rotation required

• Floating to NICU and Postpartum (PP) as needed

• Provide L&D care using nursing process; monitor mother & fetus (FHM)

• Assist with deliveries and C-sections; support neonatal stabilization

• Coordinate care, delegate tasks, and supervise staff

• Collaborate with care team; educate patients/families; support discharge planning

Education & Experience:

• BSN: Preferred

• Acute care experience: Preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN License (state of practice): Required

• BLS/CPR (AHA or ARC): Required

• ACLS (AHA or ARC): Required

• NRP (AHA or ARC): Required

• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM): Required

• Equipment: Fetalink, Novii wireless monitoring, ultrasound, infant warmers, anesthesia machines, PPH carts

• Procedures: Primarily Cesarean Sections; occasional D&C, hysterectomy, vaginal repair

• Scrubs: Provided

• Call required for surgical techs only (manager discretion)

• Weekend requirements vary by FTE

• Vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
