About the Role:
Diverse Dimensions Behavior Consult is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across various settings
• Design, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent program implementation
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar behavioral assessments
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, DTT, NET, and behavior reduction strategies
• Previous experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to client care
