\tBCA Structures 737 Airframe organization is looking for structures design engineers with previous design experience in our 737 product to support production at our Renton, WA location.
\tBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
\tBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical or Material Sciences)
\t8+ years related work experience in structure design.
\tExperience with CATIA V5 and Client specific design tools and processes
\tPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
\tHas previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
\tAbility to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
\tExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner that is easily understood by a wide audience
\tHave initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
\tBe able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
\tFamiliar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM

Education / Experience:
\tEducation/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
